I spent the last decade building and securing SAP Business Intelligence platforms — first as a consultant across French and Luxembourg clients, then for four years as BI team leader and lead architect inside a large European financial institution, where I ran platform upgrades, the security matrix, SAP Analytics Cloud rollout and the audit of the whole SAP BI estate.
ALM-Consulting is the independent continuation of that work. You get the person who does the work, not a pyramid — which means direct answers, written decisions, and no handover to a junior after the sales meeting.
The position
Most BI problems are not reporting problems. They are architecture, security and governance problems that only surface when the platform is upgraded, audited, or asked to survive a failover.
ALM-Consulting is an independent consultancy run by Alexandre Magadoux, BI Team Leader and Lead Architect. The work is the unglamorous part of business intelligence: the version matrix, the security matrix, the ETL flow that has to finish before the accounting cut-off, the SSO configuration that has to satisfy an auditor. Ten years of it, in banks, insurers, public administrations and industrial groups — including four years leading BI delivery inside a large European financial institution.
